The monthly newsletter

Four pages a month, written for your business.

Printed in the mailbox, flipbook in the inbox, going to people who already know you. Same format for a law firm or a contractor — what changes is what’s in it.

Why it keeps working

Most marketing stops before it starts working.

Everyone shows up for month one. It only pays off if it keeps arriving — and that’s the part that breaks.

You talk to the people doing the work

A small team, the founder included. No account manager forwarding your question to someone you have never met.

It goes out on the date we agreed

Every piece gets a ship date a month ahead, and it ships on it. Production runs on software we built, so a busy month can’t quietly become a skipped one.

No long contract

Month to month, thirty days' notice. Stay because it’s working, not because you signed something in January.

Everything is in your name

Your list, your domain, your ad accounts, your CRM. Walk away and you keep all of it, including what we built inside it.

Why this channel

The math isn’t close.

Reaching people who already know you costs a fraction of reaching strangers, and they answer. Published industry benchmarks, not our results.

Published industry benchmarks, not our clients' results. Outcomes vary by market and list — we don’t promise numbers before we’ve seen yours.

Our work

Different industries. The same instinct.

Not mockups. Every cover here went to print and to a real mailing list — a family law firm, a salon, a franchise, a brokerage. Nothing about those businesses matches except the decision: spend on keeping the clients you have, not only on chasing new ones. Open any one and read it end to end.

Where the work goes

Run from South Florida. Sent all over.

We work out of Fort Lauderdale. The mail goes to clients in fifteen states and DC. None of them need us in the room.

States we work in

Based in South Florida. The client list runs to fifteen states and the District of Columbia, from Florida to Washington State — all of it produced from the desk in Fort Lauderdale.

How it works

Four steps, repeated every month.

You approve a plan once a month and see everything before it ships. That’s the whole ask.

  1. 01

    We learn the practice

One call about what you do, who sends you your best work, and what a good client looks like. Nothing gets written before it — which is why the first issue sounds like you.

    Week one, once.
  2. 02

    We build the calendar

A month at a time: the newsletter story, the emails, the ad budget, the article. You approve the plan before a word is written.

    By the 1st, every month.
  3. 03

    We produce and send

Written, designed, proofed, printed, mailed and published. Print and flipbook go out the same week. Campaigns fire on the dates you approved.

    On the promised date.
  4. 04

    We report and adjust

What ran, what it did, what changes next month. Opens, clicks, calls, cost per lead — the numbers that move money, not the ones that fill a slide.

    End of month.

Free tool

Work out what your list is already worth.

Two numbers and a slider. How many past clients and contacts you have, what one job is worth, and how many more of them you think could come back this year. It takes about a minute and there’s no form at the end of it — the number is yours, whether or not you ever call us.

Honest fit

This is not for everyone.

We’d rather tell you now than take three months of your money finding out.

It fits when

  • Your best work comes from referrals and past clients, and you want to stay in front of them.
  • You want something in the mailbox as well as the inbox.
  • You’d rather approve a plan once a month than manage a marketing task list.
  • You have a list — even a messy one — in a CRM, a spreadsheet or your inbox.
  • You want the people doing the work answering the phone, not a chain of account managers.

It probably does not if

  • You want daily social posting and community management. We stopped offering it.
  • You are looking for the cheapest possible option. We are not it.
  • You want to judge it on one month. This work compounds — it needs a runway.
  • You want a lead count promised before we’ve seen your market.

AI automation

Front desk, sales and follow-up, operations — automated.

Not a chatbot bolted onto a website. The specific jobs your business does by hand every day, done by something that doesn’t sleep, get busy, or forget to call back.

Before you call

The questions everyone asks.

Answered the way we’d answer them on the phone.

No. Month to month, with thirty days’ notice. We’ll tell you the work compounds and that one issue isn’t a fair test — but that’s a recommendation, not a clause.

It depends on list size, how much we write from scratch, and how many channels you take. You’ll get the whole number on the first call. Print and postage run 60–70 cents a copy, billed at cost.

About twenty minutes. A short call or a few voice notes, plus approval on the plan and the proof. One photo and a sentence still gets you a column that sounds like you.

No — we stopped. Doing it right is a full-time job, and we’d rather do a few things excellently than everything adequately. We’ll still turn your newsletter into a month of posts for whoever runs your accounts.

Intake and follow-up fixes show in weeks — they recover work you’re already losing. Newsletters run on a longer clock; referral conversations shift around month four to six. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Tell us what you need.

Send a short note about your business and what is — or isn’t — happening with your marketing. Brandon reads every one and will tell you straight whether we’re a fit.

No pitch deck, no discovery-call gauntlet. One conversation, one straight answer.
